How to book

Each group must designate a leader or team captain, who acts as the main point of contact with our team.

 

• 1. Initial contact

  The organizer wrote to us to express their interest and to inquire about availability. Together, we reviewed possible dates based on the size and skill level of the group.

 

• 2. Temporary blocking of dates

  Once dates are set, we reserve them for a period of 5 working days to allow the manager time to confirm participants and organize basic logistics (transport, accommodation, etc.).

 

• 3. Confirmation and registration

  If the group confirms its participation, we send the organizer a private registration link. Each participant must then complete their registration individually via our secure platform.

 

• 4. Price and payment terms

  The base rate is $550 CAD + taxes per person, for a group of 15 people.
  This price includes:

  • 5 days of supervised training (Dragon Boat + OC-6 + OC-1)

  • Unlimited access to the OC-1

  • Coaching by our team of coaches

  • A 50% deposit is required upon registration.

  • The balance is automatically debited 60 days later.

  • ⚠️ Transportation between accommodations and the training site is not included. This service is available as an option, depending on your location and needs. Costs vary based on distance and frequency of travel during the week.
